Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with amazing views shared throughout the bars and restaurants. The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, and I appreciated having a separate toilet. However, the dining experience, although good with stunning views, required an additional fee for coffee.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully soundproofed, just like in the photos. However, I wished for a full-length mirror and more storage options in the room. The location was perfect, right outside our door, with stunning views of Queenstown.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, from the well-stocked mini bar to the incredible comfort of the bed. The view was stunning, especially while soaking in the deep bath after a day of skiing. Just a heads up, some rooms facing the pool and Redz bar don't have a full lake view.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms had a beautiful design that made me feel like I was in a luxurious apartment. The view was stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the city and shops. The dining experience was phenomenal, offering delicious choices every morning with a breathtaking view over the lake.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location offered beautiful views and was just a short stroll into town, though there were minor issues with the dining options.
The hotel was really beautiful, very luxurious, and so close to everything. The rooms were very spacious and well-equipped, but there was limited hanging space for clothes. The service was amazing, very friendly, and went above and beyond every time. The location was fantastic, lakeside and a nice walk to the main area. The dining experience was average, lacking in flavor and variety. Overall, a great stay with some small room for improvement.
Wow, what a magical place! The hotel has a fabulous view and a lovely feel. The service is extremely nice and a step above most other places. The location is perfect, just a small walk from the hotel to the city and other shops. The dining experience is fantastic, with views over the lake and mountains.
The hotel is a bit noisy but spacious and expensive. I had a nice experience and would consider staying there again.
